I ordered this brush for $49.99 on December 6, didn't receive anything and repeatedly had to leave messages for the company, with no response. It finally arrived today (January 4) from 'Jason' from Ontario, CA. I have tried charging it up all day but it still does not turn on, so is unusable. Is this a company reject or defective brush purposely shipped after 4 weeks? No instructions, paperwork or return company address. Starting to look like a scam. If I don't receive a replacement brush that WORKS within 10 days from now, I'm filing a claim with the credit card company, bank, Better Busuness Bureau AND Consumer Federal Protection Agency. It's not a good idea to try and steal my money.

No response from the company about the brush I have not received and cannot get any tracking information such as address confirmation or photo. Had I know the item was being shipped internationally, I would have never ordered. This is a scam .

No product delivery. No response from company to my numerous emails. No way to reach an actual person. Nothing! Definitely a bogus company! I would rate it lower if I could!

Where is my purchase? I ordered on December 6 and it's Christmas Day and I have received nothing 🥺
